Indianapolis Colts' Robert Mathis listed as inactive for 'TNF'

Indianapolis Colts linebacker Robert Mathis will not play tonight against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Colts' pass rusher has been battling a back injury for more than a month. He left the Nov. 4 gameagainst the Miami Dolphins shortly before halftime after recording two tackles and a sack.

Prior to that game, the 10-year veteran hadn't played since Oct. 7. In five games this season, Mathis has 18 tackles and six sacks.

Other inactive players for the Colts are cornerbacks Vontae Davis and Jerraud Powers, tight endCoby Fleener, tackle Winston Justice and center Samson Satele.The Jaguars have listed wide receiver Anthony Armstrong, free safety Dwight Lowery, cornerbackRashean Mathis, running back Maurice Jones-Drew, fullback Greg Jones, tackle Steve Vallos and defensive tackle Jeris Pendleton as inactive.
